Eligibility Criteria
Qualification varies post-wise.
- For Senior Personal Assistant, a bachelor’s degree is required along with at least 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant. Stenography speed is required – a minimum of 120 words per minute in English and 100 words per minute in Hindi. That’s not all. Typing speed is also required – 35 WPM in English and 30 WPM in Hindi. Knowledge of computer applications is also required.
- For Assistant, a bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience is required along with typing speed and computer knowledge.
- For Junior Assistant, a bachelor’s degree, along with typing speed and computer knowledge, is required.
- For a Library Attendant, a 12th pass is required along with a degree in library science.

Selection Process
The selection process is divided into 3 stages.

Pay structure
For a senior personal assistant, the basic pay is 44,900 to 142,400 rupees. For an assistant, it is 25,500 to 81,100 rupees. For a junior assistant, it is 19,900 to 63,200 rupees. For a library attendant, it is 18,000 to 56,900 rupees. This is the basic monthly pay.
