Officers from Central/State/UT Governments in the Hindi cadre holding an analogous post or 5 years in Level-6; a master’s degree in Hindi with English as a subject/medium or English with Hindi/another subject with Hindi/English medium/subject; a diploma/certificate in Hindi-English translation or vice versa translation; or three years of translation experience in Central/State Government offices.
